212 ELDX at 1291fps

Was doing some shooting today and was able to recover a 212gr ELDX at 1296yds. Impact media was wet clay/sandy soil, sagebrush desert. Retained weight 190gr.

I was just surprised it opened up that much. Thought I would share, considering you don't see many recovered bullets at that low of impact speed.

With my limited experience with the ELDX's in another caliber, I'm not really surprised to see that much bullet "upset" @ that very low velocity! memtb
