20MOA bases

I have a Remington 700 action and I want 20 moa bases. I would like a two piece base, I do not like the picatinny rail because my figures too fat and have trouble loading my gun. I would like a one piece ring and base if I could find one in 20 moa. Can anyone tell me why this is a crazy idea or where I can find what I'm looking for?
