I would start with Barnes data of similar weight. I run 338 250SBDII and it's right between Barnes & cup-n-core but I think it varies with bullet. Different bullets have different bearing surface.

Also good for seeing jump range they like. For the 250 338s it's been 0.045-0.070 neck tension 0.002

That's what has my 6.5 on hold. I want it specifically to drive the 135SD but they require a 7 which nobody stocks. 7.5 no issue but that puts SG under 1.5 even taking off for the density dif of the alum tip. So I'm stuck ordering a 7. Disappointing as I had a line on a bartlein CF 22" 7.5t. Could have had this together fast otherwise.

From Shooters Reference:
Using the Badlands 205 SBD2, my OAL is 4.198" and my accuracy load is 3,000 fps. in a 26" barrel.
The RUM works but the OAL can make things difficult.
I switched to the .300 Norma Mag with an action and bolt for the Lapua. Much simpler, better performance.

300 RUM 27 inch 7 twist Nosler brass CCI 250 Retumbo SBD2 205 at 0.025" off per Badlands recommendation
88.0 = 3209
88.5 = 3218
89.0 = 3223
89.5 = 3212
90.0 = 3230
90.5 = 3241 flat primer
91.0 = 3251 flat primer
91.5 = 3261 stiff bolt, heavy ejector mark
Ended up at 88.0 with 3,207fps with and ES of 8fps for 10 shot. This is my GF's gun built by Lane Precision Rifles and it absolutely hammers out to 1,641 yards, it shoots better than mine. The 205's outrun the Berger 230's ballistics going 3,000fps at any distance in speed and energy in this gun.
My gun 300 RUM 28" 7 twist RP brass CCI 250 Retumbo SDB2 at 0.025" off
87.0 = 3030
88.0 = 3070
89.0 = 3114
90.0 = 3145
91.0 = 3151
92.0 = 3199
92.5 = 3206 no pressure could have kept going
I could not get these to shoot in my gun but later discovered it did not like the new $300 Atlas bipod. It would not shoot its proven Hammer 227 grain either but when I switched back to the $60 UTG bipod it shot in one hole at 100 yards with the hammers... go figure. I have not retested yet but will with the correct rest.
I tested my gun with the RP brass first and came up with the starting load for the other gun with Nosler brass at 88.0 grains and was really surprised to see that much velocity difference so....you've heard it a million times but it is worth repeating. Start low and work up.
BTW this Retumbo was 14 individual one pound jars all with different lot numbers(Retumbo has been unavailable until recenty) that I mixed in to one homogeneous batch so I did not have to deal lot to lot variations. I'm very glad to see it is available now and have stocked up.
Also Retumbo is among the coolest of the slow burning magnum powders while Reloder 33 and N570 are the hottest and will eat your barrel 30-40% faster but will probably give you a bit higher velocity.
