What rifle doesn't shoot them well?

My AR with a Mcgowen barrel it shoots them .75-.90 but shoots the 35's .5 or better.

Does the box say anything reason I ask is my reloads are 39 SBK @ 3900 fps just curious if these are close, any way to find out..?
