Is the 2022 elk draw complete? I know some cards have been hit.

I imagine is 98% done. Doesn't mean your CC couldn't still get hit, but I think it's pretty unlikely if it hasn't already today. Its looking like I drew bonus points.

Mine is still listed as pending, CC not hit. Two others called me from out of state saying their Cards were hit.

I'm an Arizona resident. I've had my card hit in previous years as late as a week after some of my friends. With every passing days the odds go down. Quite a few family and friends having their CC hit for antelope or elk today.

If out of state, I'd give it until Friday before you write it off……CC we're hit for 2-3 days the last few years.

That is correct. A couple of weeks later you'll be able to see what hunt and area you were drawn for in the portal.
