2005 MB deer hunt

Had a very successfull rifle season. My father shot a spike buck and I shot 2 does and a buck. No real story. There are so many deer in our area its just a matter of stepping out the door and picking one to shoot. This is the buck I shot at 280y. 270 win shooting 130g Wildcat bullets.

The wildcat bullets worked great. This is the most accurat bullet I have loaded. When developing a load all groups were under 1" at 100y and best load was just under 1/2".

I'm still laughing about the 50 cal video so I had to erase my first comment about how big your deer is.

The Canadian whitetails are just really so much bigger than the little chihuahau sized deer that I see here.

Gongrats on a fine season, lots of meat in the freezer it sounds like!! Chalk a few more up to the Wildcat Bullets.
