200 gr Wildcats and a 7mm-300 Win

Any idea how fast these can be pushed out of this round? What would the proper twist rate be?

Also, are these good hunting bullets?

2800fps?? this bullet speed might be a little slow for this bullet if your wanting to shoot at long range. You will need a 1-8 twist barrel 1-9 wont work
