20 or 22 cal left handed

A friend of mine is wanting to buy a left handed 20 or 22 caliber rifle. He has a pretty tight budget of around $500. If someone had an action I prob have enough parts layin around to put something together for him. Thanks

Got a sweet 20 practical (223 necked down to 20 cal) in a left handed ar15. Also have a savage flv 223 that shoots quite well - 5 shots under a dime at 100 yds. PM if interested in either.
