20 Moa scope rings

I've been looking at some 20 MOA scope rings from Tally and Burris. I don't want to use a rail so which do you think is the better choice and why? Thanks for your help. Gun is a Rem Sendero in 264 Win mag. Scope is a Ziess conquest 4.5x14x44.

Still looking at suggestions but after watching several video on the Burris rings they seem to have the best options when trying to get the most MOA adjustment out of them with just using a ring. I'll still have to use a small 2 piece rail to mount them.

Better? Talley is lighter, Burris is more versatile.
