20” lightweight 6.5 Sherman?

In the process of putting together parts for a lightweight 6.5 PRC with a 20" CF barrel on a Tikka action .540 bolt. I realize that I'm giving up velocity with the shorter barrel but I plan to use a suppressor. So I will lose some velocity BUT I will have a much more manageable gun in the handling department. I've read with a great deal of interest about Elkaholic's "Sherman" wildcats and thinking that even a better option might be to chamber in the "Sherman 6.5 Max". Opinions? Shortcomings? Viable? What say you?

Going to be using a XLR Magnesium chassis set up for Tikka long action in this build as well.

I've got a 20" 6.5SS. 140 Berger at 2950ish with a suppressor.

That is the type of performance I was hoping I could retain even with the shorter barrel.....thanks for the info!
