I don't have any first hand experience but if you're going to use one of them to shoot the little coues deer we have here in AZ I would pick which ever ones shoot the best out of your rifle, either one will do the job quite nicely.
A 10 twist is for 210 VLDs, 168s can't be pushed fast enough to make up for the lost BC, if this is a real LR setup. If you just want to shoot flat to 300 yards use the 168.
At least 190gr VLD better yet the 210. Other bullets to try would be the 200gr AB and the 208gr A-max if hornady ever starts actually making stuff again...
