160 Accubonds in stock

You should be able to cancel your order by clicking the cancel order items in a link next to it in order details until it's processing or about to ship. It's usually pretty easy in these "in stock" backorders.

Always verify their stock. Super annoying, but if they actually have it, they're great. In the past few months alone, I picked up my Burris thermal monocular, Triggertech Diamond, Proof 6 ARC barrel, and Leupold Mark 5 HD from Optics planet and never had a problem.

When optics planet says they have something, it really means "I will take your money and if you are lucky, you'll see the product shipped before the end of the calendar year". They won't see another dime from me, ever.

They pulled that **** with me with a pair of rings that I bought actually two sets of rings They said it was in stock no problems and then it took like three months I'm not using them anymore

Interesting that they are not in stock at the manufacturer but available at optics planet. And listed at $73 on nosler site and only $53 on OP.
I hope everyone gets some but if it looks too good to be true it probably is.
Oh yea OP also has 150 grain AB "in stock"

Dang. I hope I didn't just get myself in a mess. They have already billed my card.

Edit to add: Just saw the ship date on my order. Cancelled the order. Congrats optics planet, you just turned me from a new customer to never a customer.

Their cancelation automation has never been a problem for me. I just learn to deal with it and I'm in the doesn't hurt to try camp. Im not sure if you see the charge on pending for your card or it's actually posting. I'm pretty sure they don't charge it till it ships.

I'm just glad to hear that Nosler will be making some .284 160 grain accubond. Unfortunately it sounds like they won't be making them until January of next year.🤣

Agreed. Gonna pay out the nose between now and then to keep supply adequate though.
I don't know of a suitable replacement
The closest bonded bullet (on game performance) that I have found is the Hornady interbond. They make a 139 and a 154 grain for the .284. I will say they do take more tinkering on seating depth but from my experience they work excellent on game. Hope this helps.

Thank you. My addiction to Nosler is partly because they are SO easy to tune, partly because of the exceptional accuracy, and some because of dependable performance, too.
Wish they were still easy to find and affordable, maybe in the future.?

I called to check and sure enough they don't have them, but they are available to order from the manufacturer. Right now the ETA to ship my order is 10/13. I purchased 10 boxes at $570 but they just changed the price to $70, so while it may take a long time to get them, I'll have them "cheaply."
