Anybody have experience with these in 260 Rem? Rifle is a Tikka T3x with a 1:8 twist 22.4" barrel. Using Lapua brass and Fed. GM210M's. I've got a good starting point, Steve at Hammer recommended working up from 40.0 gr. of Varget until getting close to 3,150 fps. Any data in my load manuals is for 100 and 120 gr bullets, so I'm kind of stuck trying to split the difference of where my max charge should be. The closest I can find is from Hodgdon's website for a 107 gr bullet, showing a max charge of 41.5 gr, which doesn't seem to give me a whole lot of room to work with. Just looking for any ideas of a max charge for this combo, and/or what charge I might expect to get close to the desired velocity. Thanks!

I loaded them in a tikka t3x 6.5cm with a 8 twist. I used 41.9 grains of Varget in Lapua small primer cases @ 3115fps with superb accuracy. Your .260 will hold a tad more (1-2 grains depending on brand of brass). 40 grains is a good safe start....

Not a 260, but through a 6.5X47 at 300, 200 and 100
