hey all, ive been thinking of trying the 220gr SMK in the 30-06 with H4831sc and a 9 1/2 magnum primer. GRT says should be possible to get a bit over 2600fps. Has anyone tried these in a 30-06, all discussions i have found were for 220gr round nose bullets and people pushing them slow. any...

Has anyone had any experience with this bullet in the 30-06? Running it through a stability calculator it seems like it would stabilize fine in a 1 in 10 30-06. And has anyone used this combo on game?
