savage .223rem

Hi everyone, a couple of years ago I bought my Savage and choose .223Rem as the calibre. I tried to find out a little more about it via the Savage website and contact email. My enquiry was simple, the same rifle was no longer offered in .223, was there a problem with that calibre?. I love mine...
