Cooper Arms Model 21 .223. Bought this new 26 years ago. Has approximately 400 rounds. Test target showed .16. It is a .3 to .35 shooter. This includes a 4 to 12 Nikon. Scope has only been on this rifle. Only bullets through it are 52 grain Sierra blitz, have not tried any others. Price is $1750...
