Mike shot this buck at 90 yards with a 300 WSM and the 154 Hammer HHT bullet with a MV of 3265 FPS.
His field report, "Very hard quartering shot on 190 pound buck feeding away from me. l placed the shot right behind his last rib on his right side and bullet penetrated all the way through and was right under skin a few inches from his left ear plowed dirt for about 20 yards and couldn't take any more."
