It's a Burris 3x-12x Target Turret. It's the only Burris handgun scope I have left out of about half a dozen or so. I've slowly transitioned to rifle scopes on my XP-100's (including the one in my avatar). This scope is currently mounted on my 7mm-08 Rem XP-100.

Have to ask about the bolt modification to take the magnum case. I have a project in mind but the bolt is the hitch in my plan for now.

Any good gunsmith can modify the bolt face. One of mine started out with a small bolt face (221 Fireball) and it's now a 7 RSAUM. Another started out with as a 7mm BR, and it's now a 30 Nosler.
The bolt face can easily be opened up and a new extractor installed. Also, the bolt can be sized down just as easily with a bushing.
