I've twice seen things that I don't think humans made or manned. In 2005 I was coming down from Line Creek near the Wy./Mt. border . Clear blue sky. A Vee formation of round lights. I can't remember if it was 2 or 3 on the bottom and 3 or 4 on top. It was a vertical V though. They were parallel to hwy 120 going towards Billings. They came from right to left so fast if you'd of blinked you'd of missed them. Beyond hyper sonic I would guess. I looked over at my my buddy and he asks , did you see that ? I said yes, what the heck was that !?! The lights were bright white in the middle of the day. I know it wasn't comets, metors or falling star or satalites. I'd guess less than a mile up. More like a half mile. Still freaks me out when I think about it. At least I had a witness!

Uncle Sam has been watching what Ukraine has done to Ivan with drones and has tasked it's toy department with developing advance drone technology. We are witnessing field trials IMHO. What better way to find and track foreign nationals here illegally.....or Chinese spies?

One more story Last year while elk hunting. A buddy and I were sitting in my truck up in the South Fork (Shoeshone River). It was around 6am. Still dark. Buddy got out to wizz. We had been glassing around in dark to see what we could see. I put binos on dashboard. I got out to wizz. Standing there looking south I saw 2 red lights to left of Brown Mtn.. I think it's around 8000 ft. I'm not sure. The two red lights were at same height and spaced I'd guess about 500 yds apart. Just a little higher than the mountain. They were not moving at all and no noise like a airplane or helicopter. I thought what heck.They weren't there a minute ago when I truck. I finished my business and could only been a minute or more. Got in truck and grabbed binos to look and the lights and they were gone. That quick. Buddy came back and I asked if he saw those 2 red lights to the south. He did but didn't think much about them. I told him what happened. The Outer Limits music started playing

Maybe they are Amazon drones delivering Christmas packages. Or drugs being dropped buy dealers . From here or another country. Or more Chinese mapping of the country.

I read a syfy book years ago, where the drone projects were completely off-book. The powers that be hid the tech deep in bunkers in case of invasion. Only when we had foreign invaders trying to put boots on the ground here did they unleash the good ones. Made sense to me...keep the good stuff hidden from all, only to be used when we as a country had enemy armies on the door step. In the book we could also track all US made electronics. So all troop and vehicle movements were tracked. Strange times we are living in..-WW

I don't know anything about drones but I think it's odd that they have blinking lights on if they wanted to stay undetected.
I highly doubt any foreign invader would be following the FAA regulations and have light's on their drones. Plus we haven't launched anything to bring them down and they tell us not to shoot them? Strange.
Hard to tell what's really going on but I know I am not getting a drone vaccine no matter how safe and effective it is!

More over, drone regulation for different type of UAS are different. Half of the rec drones are limited to 400 ft from the floor. Flying over private property is explicitly said to be allowed under part 107.

Even if you had a surface to air missile, which you don't, they have technology that reduces their thermal signature.

If they start "attacking" you, then you're at a complete tactical disadvantage with small arms for that class of drone.

The smaller drones like in the Ukraine conflict on the other hand are much smaller and is like bird hunting. So shotguns are used.

I'll give you this hint though…while still staying in the unclassified category…if you could invent something that can disrupt signals, or power and direct it, that would be your biggest asset. Especially for a home base type thing.

Just don't be surprised that when you do, you end up getting a knock on the door by one of us glowies.
