Magnum Cartridge Suppessor.

I would look at TBAC or the Scythe TI or Nomad TI.

I have a Deadair primal I use on a 300 win mag but it is heavy. Great sound reduction though.

Recently built a 7PRC which I'm loving, but one thing I'm not loving is that my YHM resonator K is tapped out. I've run that can on just about everything and is a short light weight dream. Now with the extra HP of the PRC going through it it's cracking pretty good now. I hate normal guns now if it doesn't have a suppressor on it they can shoot that another time without me there haha.

So I'm in the market for something that can handle the 7PRC. Obviously I think a TBAC dominos will get her quite but don't nessarrily want to spend $1600. I will add since I do hunt with this rifle primarily shorter and lighter is always the goal. Does anyone have some suggestions/ real world experience?
There are plenty of choices at varying price points. I have 3 and opted to support small businesses in my local economy (made-in-Montana products). I have 2 Eliteiron (.308 Win/AR-10 and .30 Lara) and a Rex Silentium (.338 Thor/NMI).

Something to be aware of on Thunderbeast or what you'll see people refer to as TBAC cans, they are phenomenal on bolt guns. The quietest in class in most cases. But they run like dog turds on semi auto AR platform and other gas operated semi-auto guns. The reason why, is because they are so quiet. The only way to make a can that quiet is to create a ton of back pressure. The more gas that the can lets out, the louder it's going to be. Physics is cool because it can't be redefined, there are physical limitations of this world, they are what they are and there's no way around it.

I was at the range last week and a friend ran his TBAC on a short barrel 300BO and it would not run, it was deforming unfired bullets in his magazine. Yea it was THAT far overgassed.

Great on a bolt gun, his bolt actions were silly quiet running that can. But his AR platform rifles were non functional with that same can. Something to consider. If you want a can that will run on AR as well as bolt guns, TBAC might leave you really disappointed.

I agree….buy another can for that purpose.
