yeah I am hoping we can solve the issue and keep the suppressor. It's a Scythe TIThere's your answer. If it only started this after adding the can,….its the can.
What suppressor does he have?
I had one that severe. It was a pencil thin barrel. Always threw the first shot 1.5 moa off and nothing seemed to fix that. After the warm up shot it shot incredible groups. Since it's only suppressed when you experience it, it's got to be the weight of the can either bowing your barrel or adding some stress that goes away when it's warm? It will be interesting to see if you can eliminate it.I have but never this severe.
Is he running the direct thread or with the ASR mount and muzzle device?yeah I am hoping we can solve the issue and keep the suppressor. It's a Scythe TI
Direct mountIs he running the direct thread or with the ASR mount and muzzle device?
It would be worth calling Silencerco and talk to tech support. Most suppressors will have some impact shifts with and without the can but not like you describe. Also, if you have access to another suppressor try it.Direct mount
I do I have a few other cans for him to try.It would be worth calling Silencerco and talk to tech support. Most suppressors will have some impact shifts with and without the can but not like you describe. Also, if you have access to another suppressor try it.
