All the original records may now be in Remarms Georgia. I can't see them not having them or chucking them in the fire. They should even have the original gun museum firearms, right? Call them.

Savage pulled that info for me not too long ago. now i have the rifle info in electronic form
I sold this rifle to @Lrreloader last year and I didn't send the paperwork because it slipped my mind. See the two attached pictures to prove this is a custom shop rifle.
