Encore PH Picatinny Rail???

Does anyone make a Picatinny Rail (0 MOA) for an Encore PH???

I see where EABCO makes one for a shotgun barrel, but I only need a 4-hole rail for a scope.

Weaver won't work with my rings.

Both Talley and EGW offer 4 hole pic rails for the PH. I haven't tried the Talley, but have EGWs installed on about 10 barrels.
