Just a point of information:
I tried to mail an empty jug to a member a while ago. The PO refused to accept the obviously empty jug because of the label. You'll need to box the jug up for shipment, or so I was told.

Yeah, even an empty jug with that label could cause issues, kinda like an empty cartridge case at airport security.
I'd just use what jugs you have, create your own label.
