My son works at Peterson air base in Co. Springs. Lol. He deals with Space Force and works for LockeedSomeone has breathed the thin Pikes Peak air while inhaling our state's official green weed way to many times. However, "Space" Force is there, so maybe you are a Cadet?

I hear you. I have a few friends still working in that area and field, but most are long retired or remain as civilian "consultants". Two of them became a 2 Star (Army) and 4 Star (USAF) before retiring in COS.

No matter, Space Force will be moving to Huntsville Ala. In the near future.

Sadly, that is very possibly true, as Trump wanted that before his last term expired. However, we here in snowy CO ae still going to fight to keep it here. I like Huntsville and, as a young man, spent a fair share of time in and around that area, but given our "high" altitude and other supporting systems, its best to keep Space Force here.

A few months ago my son was checking out Huntsville home prices , etc. incase he had to move. He likes it in Co. Springs but homes are half the price in Alabama. It takes him a half hour to go 6 miles to Peterson Air base. If there's no accidents.
I'll ask to see if he has heard anything new about the move.

Agreed! I lived on the Front Range several years, and traffic was always a nightmare. As for real estate, my SIL moved to north GA a few years back, and she was able to buy a much larger home with several acres of land for about 1/3 the price here.
Now after living in the mountains for several years, I almost hate going back to the Springs or Denver and their traffic. But, I still have family and friends in those areas and so does my wife.
