I got this on a rifle I got today. I was told it was a KS style. It is not a Remington KS but I need some expert advise on it. It is Kevlar, weight is approximately 2 lb 3 oz for a Remington 700 s/a BDL. Has aluminum pillars with a Decelerator pad and a molded in number of 87608. In the barrel channel. It has a black spackle finish on it. I know it is not a Brown and I don't think it's is a McMillan. I am trying to find out before I post it. Any help would be appreciated on who made this stock

No. I appreciate the advice. I am puzzled at it. Trying to find out the info before posting. Don't want to mislead anyone. It is a nice stock, but made by who ?

That is who I thought it could be. Just can't find any info on it. Thanks for the reply

Didn't Bell & Carlson make a light weight with pillars only with no aluminum bedding block?
That was my second guess knowing Remington liked to use both those makers for certain models. I don't know if they made one without the block.

Ahh. Alaskan Hunter...Maybe that's the one I was thinking about. It just looks like a weird, deep tang area for Rem 700.

I'm interested.

How much?
