Bulberry Barrels still in business?

I'm going to contact Marty of HAUS of ARMS on the shipping details of my Frame sent to Bullberry Legacy then contact the BATF to start an Criminal action investigation as per BCI in Utah. If Troy has a firearm of yours you'll need to contact them because it's a Federal Crime, as he is a FFL holder. As I get this ball rolling I'll let you know

I just found this thread….gave him a $372 deposit back in April for a barrell to be built….said 6-7 months. Crickets and now the phone number will not even ring. No email response either. Crook!

Contacted the BATF, and found out thatTroy Swyers hasn't had a FFL for over three years, So let the fun begin. We need to go to our State Police/Local Police and make a thief complaint then AFT.com if you sent a Pistol, Rifle, Action and/or Frame to Bullberry Legacy. the more people contact/start a case the better the chance of get your stuff/items back. but no guarantee. So I guess Troy Swyers is a Thief!

all other facts aside, the business may have an active ffl even if it isn't under his name. did the atf say bullberry legacy didn't have an ffl or Troy swyers

I hear ya, but they can also assign another person as the responsible party on the ffl. happens often. he can work for and/or run the place while another person is listed as the responsible party on the ffl.

I just want to Thank Marty for all his help with my problem with Blueberry Legacy (Troy Swyers) & current FFL (attached below) Marty is one of the good guys! Now I'm waiting on the BATF (ATF.gov) and local police > State Police to file a report.

If you have property at Blueberry Legacy I would start your process with your local Police/Sate Police and then the ATF.gov, the more the better the chance to get our Property.

Happy Holidays Ya'all

that makes more sense, somebody said their ffl had mailed a firearm to the guy recently. If they did they got a copy of his ffl and had to enter the ffl into their logbook/system.

be careful publishing the ffl, not sure if it might be as much a problem as the guys posting their phone numbers and emails here with the scamming stuff but it sounds like he's got enough problems headed his way already as it is.

if he moved location there should be an updated ffl with the new address though so the mystery remains
As an FFL, you have to give 60 days notice of your move, and cannot participate in the operations as an FFL until after the move has been completed.

And if you continue operations as an FFL at the new address without a new FFL in place, you have some splainin' to do lucy.
