Up for sale is is My Rifles Inc 338 RUM, Ultralite. Built off a RR Remington action. 25" 1-10 twist barrel, 26" with Brake. Rifle weighs 6.6 lbs as pictured (scope not included in sale). Pictured target is sight in with 250 Hornady Interlock @ 2944 FPS.
Comes with RCBS Dies and 125 mixed brass mostly Bertram. $2675 shipped to your ffl insured. OBO.

Weight is 6lbs with scope ? That scope & mount is more than 20+ ounces... Please advise thank you.
 
6.6 lbs per the feed scale. Take 20 ounces off for scope and rings, 5.35lbs bare rifle action has been lightened and skeletonized, bolt fluted pencil barrel. Rifles Inc does a great job with these, easy to carry in the field but still accurate. Hope this helps.

Yes 1" leupold Vx-3i 3.5-10. Kick isn't bad with brake and 250's, muzzle blast is loud. I haven't shot it with anything heavier than 250. Haven't needed more than 1 shot in the field with it. On the bench muffs and plugs for sure.
