Buddy bought a reamer and it was painless, another friends picked up some parts from them maybe Sept or late August. His take was they were trying to turn over a better leaf, his advantage was working down the street from them and being able to walk in. Hopefully it is the case, had good experiences back in the day, but in the last 10 years had bad enough experiences to swear off even looking. Would absolutely welcome a change for the better, this industry need more quality entrants not less....
My GS ordered a sizing reamer from PT&G in December of last year. He has used them almost exclusively without any issues for the last twenty years or so.
