Have they all been weighed?
I originally bought 400pcs of Rem R-P 7RM once fired brass for my rifle. I weight sorted to within 3gr. But there were 60 pieces that were WAY out of spec. Like 18gr off from the other 340. Must have been a way different lot. They were given to a buddy for free. Or else they would have gone in the trash.
