I have a very clean Tikka T3, blued 300 Win Mag. Was going to build a custom but now going a different direction. Also comes with a one piece rail. Looking for a Remington 700 short action and if it is a complete rifle would prefer a 7mm-08. Your FFL must accept from an individual. Reasonable offer, bought for a build, now going a different route. Not needed now. Would consider a trade for a Remington 700 short action, Remington 700 S/A barreled action, etc.
