6 BR/6 BR-A Reloaders “Sound Off”!!!

A friend of mine only uses H4350 in his dasher competition gun with 105 Berger's.

I went a different route and built a 23" long barrel dasher. Shoots 103 eldx and 105 hvld very good with varget or H4350. Just got some 75 gr HHT, but haven't had time to develop a load yet. Was going to start with benchmark.

I have a 22bra, 6br and a 6bra. The BRA's are awesome. Be careful with 8208, if runs HOT so back the charge down and work up carefully. I did a side by side comparison with 8208, n140, n150 and varget in my 22bra and 85.5's and was shocked how fast the 8208 was. All showed great promise but the 8208 was the only one that was significantly faster and couldn't run it up as high of a charge.

29.5gr of n140 and 30gr of varget were my fireforming loads and they absolutely were tac driving loads.

H4895 seems impossible to find last few years. RL15.5 and RL 16 plus the other Reloader line being phased out or production paused?
A friend hooked me up on H4895. The RL16, it has recently been available a few places. As for RL15.5 Blue Collar has plenty of it:

Be prepared to having a great time shooting the 6BR/variants....easy to shoot and tune. I've shot out a couple barrels in each the 6br,6BRA and 6Dasher.....they all shoot great with Varget/H4895/N150/N140 with CCI450'S/BR4/Wolf small magnums....tried H4350 in the Dasher it was too slow for me....I would advise getting a drop tube if you go that route.

I have had 2 6BR's and both were amazingly accurate. I Should still have my loading data if you need it. It was a great round, but then the 6x47 lapua caught my eye, got 2 of them built and sold the 6BR's.

I currently only have @ 6 lbs of H4895 and I'm really trying to save it for my SML…..which burns 103.5gr of it every time I pull the trigger. 😂🤣 I'm hoping H4350 will work for me with the Berger 108's. If not I've got a TON of 8208 XBR and Varget seems plentiful these days.

I got an 8" drop tube and aluminum powder funnel from PMA Tool specifically for this application.

I just may give you a shout on that. I've read that I can run the BR "high nodes" in the BR-A and the brass won't complain at all.

Mine shot really good right at 3000fps with a Berger 105hy.....Shot one of the smaller five shot groups I've ever shot with it at 600yrds.
