Just that. Everyone else's ad titles show in bold font, while mine don't. What am I doing wrong?

The only B I see is for the body of the description (right below the word "description"). It works for the text in the description area.
I don't see one at the top of the page that pertains to the thread title. That's what I can;t seem to get in bold like everyone else's. I figured it must be automatic, but its not.

If you are asking why your ads are not in Dark Bold letters it is because you created it and have opened it. Once a member opens an ad, it is no longer bold so you can tell you have opened it. Everyone else will see your ad as bold. To test, reply to another post and you will see that it is no longer bold for you.
