Trailer/Deer Cart options?

I have a Aventon Pace and I'm looking for a deer cart that also acts as a trailer. The goal would be to bike in on a trail towing the cart with all my gear in it (saddle, sticks, bow/gun, pack). I want to be able to then detach it and use it y hand to go fetch a deer, cart it back to the bike, hitch it to the bike and tie down the deer and my gear to the trailer and haul back to my truck. I'd like a capacity for 300lbs. So far, everything I've found has too light a capacity. I might be able to get away with a 200lb capacity, but most of them I see are 100lbs or less. Whats everyone else using?

I purchased this a few years ago from Scheels. They sell the newer version, but I prefer the older version. We harvested 2 WT does last week and loaded/hauled them (not with my e-bike, as I did not get permission to use it) without any issues. One thing I did was replace the tires with puncture-proof ones.

I use a cart every season to haul deer out of the woods to my vehicle. But pedaling a bike with a deer on the cart seems impractical unless you are using a motorized bike.

Like I said in the first post, I have an Aventon Pace. Its an e-bike. I'm actually just looking to two the deer back over a well manicured path. I will not be biking through the woods with it.

OOOOOO, I like that! How are you hitching it to your bike?
 
Look at the Rambo e-bike trailer cart. It shows 300lb capacity as a cart but only 75 as a trailer. My guess on the reduced load as a trailer would be for safety to not overload the bike.
I don't own one but was recently researching them as well.
