How's it shoot and how's the recoil ? Helping my nephew shop for a rifle and he seems to be a little too worried about the kick of a .30 cal.

I've never been bothered with recoil - so I'd be the worst example. I also run most everything suppressed, which acts as a mini-brake.

I own several Proof Elevations - they all shoot <0.25" MOA with custom loads.
