Nothing is harder than losing your best friend
My wife and I lost our sweet Millie girl on Halloween to an aggressive liver cancer that took her so swiftly
Millie was a five year old
German shorthair pointer
She was the best in the field and in our home
She was the sweetest soul
It is different when your dog is old and sick you prepare yourself for the inevitable
But to have them taken in the blink of the eye
Is vastly different and very hard to take
Rest in peace my sweet girl

Sorry for your loses guys.
Could y'all tell what dog food you were feeding, there has been allegations that some manufacturers have ingredients that are poisoning our animals.

And also sorry to here, can be so hard at times a person can get wondering if it is worth it to have them sometimes but how can you not when something like a good Dog (pet) loves you so much and unconditionally.

I am heartily sorry for your loss. I am sure Millie lived a wonderful life with you guys and would not have it any other way. RIP Millie!

My Thor (https://www.longrangehunting.com/threads/my-pup-turned-15-today.369880/) turned 15Y last month, and I am ill-prepared for the inevitable day. But I treasure him and wake up each day and enjoy each other's company.

God Bless!
