First off, I hope everyone is well and able to stay mostly sane through these times. I just wanted to share my experience with Grab a gun website/services. I placed an order for $30 part($40+shipping elsewhere) and order was finalized/money paid(checked out as a guest). I received an email a couple days later saying my order was cancelled, money refunded and no reason. I called the next day to ask what happened. Once I got someone and explained the situation, they said their fraud system had cancelled it automatically because it was 'suspicious'. I asked what I needed to do to to 'verify' myself and they said I needed to email them a picture of my drivers license and my card used to place the order. Told them I would over-simplify the problem by ordering somewhere else as it seemed rather fishy to me.

I know the site has been around for years, which made me feel comfortable ordering from them to begin with. Maybe I overreacted, but stay safe people!

I only order once from grab o guns several years ago. No problem then.
I think that with everything the ATF is doing to try and pull ffls from business and people that they are probably just trying to cover their butts.
I went into Cabela's earlier this year to buy some reloading bullets at the counter I was asked for my I.D. I asked why they said it was a new law.
I asked when was the law changed and was it state or fed? The guy said neither it was actually just store policy.
Now every sporting goods store is asking for date of birth for anything firearm related.
I just keep telling them I'm not required to answer that even though I'm over 50 and if you insist for that information I will go elsewhere to purchase from now on.

I have never bought from Grab-a-gun as I generally use https://gun.deals/ to find best price on hunting/reloading items. The results they generate are verified and all my purchases have been hassle free and at a good price. The best way to search on the site is by UPC number but just a description will work also.

Gundeals is what led me to GrabAGun lol. GD is an awesome tool though!

I have bought quite a bit from Grabagun. I have never had to submit id. I have no idea what the issue was without asking. That said, for $10, it might be easier to order elsewhere.

Theres a lot of cc fraud and cc companies usually side with the card holder. They (the business) can easily lose several.hundred dollars from fraudulent card use. can

Give them a break, its part of doing business (and trying to stay in business). CC fraud and losses to businesses are probably much bigger than you can imagine.

BTW, I've received transfers from.them quite a bit and they've never been a problem to those who've purchased from them.
