I have for sale a brand new Howa Carbon Elevate 1500 in 6.5 PRC. I picked this up at an SCI banquet and it's just sat in the safe. I currently have a custom rifle being built and I'm selling this along with a few other rifles to help fund my build.

These sell new online for $1200-$1400 I will sell this one for $850 plus shipping. Make sure your FFL accepts shipments from individuals.

It has been brought to my attention that this gun may be what is called the HOGUE CARBON, I do not know to be honest. It appears to have a Hogue stock but also has the carbon barrel. Howa does not show this combo on their website. Either way I believe I still have this rifle priced fairly as any of their carbon barrel models are running from $1200-$1400 new.
