I'm looking for some Berger .338 250 elite hunters let me know what you have. Just finished a 338-300 PRC and need the 250s

I have 250 Barnes lrx and I have gotten them up to 2972. But had the reamer set up for the 250 bergers and would prefer them

FWIW - I shot the 250 Bergers and 250 Accubonds extensively at 400yds. The Bergers shot only slightly smaller groups. In the end - I chose to hunt with the Accubonds for their reputaion for on game performance. I shot bull moose from 54yds to 315yds and the 250 Accubond proved to be a great choice. One of the bulls was shot on the shoulder while he was broadside. The bullet passed through both shoulders, smashing bone all the way. I recovered the mangled bullet in the off-side hide. It maintained 140gr, which I thought was pretty good after passing through so much heavy bone.
Don't discount the 250 Accubond. :D

I would be more apt to the 265 lrab looking for that higher bc bullet the accubond work but wanting that higher bc

I appreciate it was set on the bergers. I ordered the reamer for the bergers. I have a distributor with the ablr in stock. The lrx are doing pretty good 4 shots averaging 2925

While that makes sense, I've never had much luck getting LRAB to group well out of my rifles. I also noticed that the LRAB gave explosive results when sub 100yd shots were taken by my hunting buddy. However, I'm sure others have had better experiences with them

Good luck with whichever bullet you ultimately choose.

I have an open box I believe but all bullets are in it. Will check when I get back into town and let you know
