There's a local online estate auction here with quite a bit of Vectan rifle powder. Can anyone share experiences? Applications?
There is Ba 6 1/2, Ba 7 1/2 and Ba 9 1/2 available. So far, the price is right....

Not much help for rifle but I load Vectan powder for my 9mm in competition. I've used at least 30lbs of GM3 and still have another 10lbs left. It's very popular in Europe. Unfortunately, to my knowledge, they quit importing Vectan powder to the USA.

I have over 200 different powders on hand including some Vectan. A24, Ba10, Ba9-1/2, AO, Ba7-1/2, Ba6-1/2, and Tubal 8000.
I have only used Tubal 8000 and that was in a 243 Catbird (6mm/270imp). It did alright, but Re-23 worked better.

ETA: A24 is like Clays/WST, Ba10 is like Bullseye, Ba9.5 is like Red Dot/700X, AO is like Herco/800X, Ba6.5 is like H110/296, Tubal 8000 is like Re22.

I´ve used and still use several different Vectan powders.
Those ones can be used on handguns or shotshells.
Had trouble with their powders Tubal 3000 and Tubal 5000.
Had to destroy around 10 pounds due to a strong acidic smell despite all care with storing it.
Attached a file with their reloading manual
