Stamps under the barrels indicate ELG = Épreuve Liége - Liége Proof House in the Liége metropolitan district in Belgium. 1850-1870 manufacturer. 100% functional with patina from the era. Inside of barrels only light surface rust. I didn't clean out due to some collector value. $799 shipped. No FFL required.
