Torque wrench reccomendations

I have a CDI t-handle that looks really similar to this (CDI OEM's for snapon)


Premium option would be the vortex torque driver or Capri (both made by torque-tech in taiwan - thanks @sable tireur )

I have no first hand experience and I know we talked about these before;


I like these based on the upper torque range of (100). They are spendy for sure.

I ended up with a FAT wrench more or less by accident. Unimpressed with it, a cheap tool. May as well have come from HF.

I trust companies who have made torque application the core of their business and not those who decided "hey, we ought to have a torque wrench too!" when they decided to make tools.
Both of my small torque value wrenches and both of my screw-driver type "torque wrenches" are CDI. Two of each because of one in SAE units and the other in metric units. These date back to my work in R&D of turbo's and a small displacement diesel engine. "About that tight" was never acceptable and the test systems were a hodge-podge of SAE and metric fasteners.
 
Just thinking; rings only seemed to need 15 to 25 lbs it's an adapter, so adapt it to a 1/2 inch, smith driver and extension, that's pretty much what a Wheeler is... or not. 🤔 🫡 :) Cheers
When you start adding adapters/extensions to torque wrenches you also need to adjust torque to appropriate lengths. When you use a extension (not recommended) you add a ft lb to an inch was what I was taught. So I try to avoid any extensions or deep well sockets if possible.
