$1000 binocular suggestions

I am shopping for new binoculars for hunting. I am hunting in more open country and spending more time behind the glass. My old binos and eyes are telling the tale on the inexpensive pair I have been using. They will be 10x42-50. Thanks for suggestions my binoculars are 30 yes old

Thanks

Buck
Totally forgot to mention the absolute best bang for the buck sub $1000 bin surprisingly near Alpha level is in fact a SIG Zulu 9 11x45 if you shop around you may find them for as cheap as $600-$700 brand new from places such as eBay just add to your watchlist and get solicited better prices.

They're a hair better than my Maven B2 11x45 with less noticeable CA but the Maven feels lighter in my hands even though they're supposed to be the exact same Japanese Kamakura made binoculars with different outer rubber armouring in my hands the SIG is kind of chunky. The Maven have noticeable dust inside their lenses while the SIGs are completely dust free if this matters and so are the major differences in warranty wait time and quality of service or the sheer lack thereof with three months wait time for the 4 Maven B Series I sent in for warranty and cleaning and all of the B Series binoculars I sent in still have lots and lots of noticeable dust inside all of their lenses compared to 8 days to two weeks for SIG sending brand spanking new replacements.

I had to pay them the $100 extra they required in order to refurbish my B2 11x45 while the 2 Vortex Razor HD and UHD were totally free to have Vortex completely refurbish which came back looking brand spanking new with new Aargon gas purge and refill in less than two weeks but had to send them back a second time due to one or two specs of dust inside each but they always send prepaid return shipping labels just like SIG while Maven you have to pay out of pocket for shipping and insurance plus the 3 month wait time in my case and Maven is either umable to or unwilling to clean all or even half of the dust inside their lenses even after I sent two right back to them due to still unacceptably excessive amounts of noticeable dust inside their lenses. They also told me that various forms of dust is totally normal inside their brand of binoculars which doesn't affect performance and even their main technician told me that they do not have the ability to even refill the nitrogen if they open them up.

When paying premium dollars I expect zero dust inside and if there's even ONE TINY SPEC of dust is found inside a SIG or Vortex they'll take care of it
Not range
Swarovski EL Range T/A 10x42s for $2400 seller asking price freshly cleaned and serviced at Swarovski sold yesterday on another forum.

Tract offers superb bino's in sub $1000 price range, low light performance is amazing, definitely take a look before dropping more $$ for less performance.

Take a look at Tract optics, I started with scopes and went to 12x50 binos for thorough glassing, won't cost you a $1,000.

I feel myself to be sort of a glass snob, I love great quality glass and own so much of it that my wife thinks I must be a dealer. I carry Leica's during bow season and Swarovski's for the rifle season but I will tell you I bought a pair of 12 x 50 Vortex Viper Bino's to throw in my ranger for scouting and they are fantastic for the money. I also have a pair of 10 x 50 Razor HD's in my truck for glassing from the road and I honestly like the Vipers better. And before anyone says the guys says he is a glass snob and is posting about Vortex, I use the Vortex in my vehicles because if someone breaks into one of them I am not out 3K for the lost glass. I would check Vortex out, because for the money, they are super hard to beat. JMO

I'd look really hard at these! These 2nd gens are a little over 1k, didn't realize it till I checked. But the 1st gens are at or under 1k.

If you're still looking, there's a Cabela's brand EURO/Meopta Meostar B1 10x42 on eBay which had zero bids starting bid $399 expired with zero bids and that seller just relisted again same starting bid of $399.

I messaged him and he and his buddy swears they cannot tell any optical difference between their Swarovski and that Cabela's Meopta.

I have one of the Meopta B1 10x42 brand version and compared it to my 10x42 Swarovski NL Pure 10x42 and the NLs are just a hair clearer. But you probably wouldn't know unless you had them both side by side to compare other than the massively wider FOV with the NL Pures.

I like the Meopta B1s so much I bought a B1.1 8x32 and B1 Plus 15x56 and just recently a Cabela's EURO Meopta B1 12x50 even after buying several Swarovski NL Pures.

Which ones do you use of the 6 or 7 pairs you own?

I was on Midway the other day. They have some Zeiss on sale right now as well as others. Leica Trinovids for just under a grand. I have the Ultravids and love my Leicas!

I actually use my 10x42 and 14x52 NL Pures the most when very detailed viewing is needed and keep a Sightron SII Blue Sky 10x32 ($110 on Amazon) in the car with me at all times.
