I've been using Shooter for a long time. If I was to pick one today it would be Eagle Ballistics. The upside is the feature rich capabilities that James Eagleman brings to the design. The downside is it's a pretty new app so there might be some bugs.

I started out with ISnipe (which I still have) but ended up rolling over to Ballistic AE because it has way more features.

I've been happy with Geoballistics in conjunction with my Razor HD 4000 GB
Plus one for Eagle Ballistics
I picked up Chairgun Elite+ after iStrelok became a challenge.
