25 Sherman LA. Load data help?

I have NIB 50 ct Hornady 270 Win available if you'd rather start with that.

I have a 6.5 Sherman and use their 270 Win brass (which hasn't been available for a while). Definitely quality brass.

I've not used those particular powders.
But the right charge of H4350 would
likely be good for fire forming brass.
Use a maximum 25/06 load with whichever bullet you try.
With a little tweaking you can probably find a very precise load using high quality brass.
For slower powders and full power loads after forming cases, always use a magnum primer.
Keep the bullet touching the lands when forming brass.

What powders do you use and what are the results?

Reloader 23 is my favorite, so far with 100-115gr bullets.
keep in mind I have a 27"+ 9tw barrel.
100gr ballistic tips max out over 3700 and the 115's around 3550fps. 110 accubond in between.
Accuracy seems best between 100-125fps off those max numbers.
I won't be using any heavier bullets in that one UNLESS Nosler actually releases some heavier that work in a 9tw with a good push behind them.

There will be some 25SS data up soon.
Case capacity is basically identical to the Long Action.

You will not regret the Peterson brass. It's tough and it's consistent for Me, used with 2 cartridges. Will last many firings when used sensibly and prepped correctly.
Get ready to anneal at least every other firing.

What is your price? I keep hearing about the quality of Lapua, Peterson or ADG. Is Hornady close?

I've had good results with Hornady, but I wouldn't put it in the same league as Lapua, Peterson, or ADG. It's held up to 4 firings in my 6.5 Sherman and formed very well.

If interested, I'd go $45 shipped. You probably have a little bit of a wait before you can send a PM, so just hang tight until you can. Please don't post your email or cell phone on the open web.

I just looked up some of my data.
My 280AI brass started at .305-.306 neck O.D.
You'll want this reduced by .027 theoretically for a .257 bullet, going by .284 minus .257=.027
I also recommend a .255 expander mandrel, at least for the first firing.
I used 2 separate bushings to squeeze the necks, in steps. Rather than trying to do the entire .027 at once. Use a good chamfer and make sure the necks are slick with a quality lubricant, before you bushing them down. I've never turned/reduced the neck thickness.
