Varget -CFE 223- 6.5 Staball or something else.

With your cartridges you probably need at least two powders if you can't get H-4895.
H-4895-CFE223 for .204Ruger, .223 Rem, .22-50, .243Win
H-4350 for .243 Win and all your .308Win size cartridges Plus Mags like WSM

Varget is versatile and sought after so good for trades or sale.

We started stocking up on 12 of the most versatile powders since Slick Willy got in office. I figure that I have at least 10 + more good years to reload and most likely will never need buy any more powder or Primers or Bullets again unless it is a really good deal. Will have enough Stock left over to sell in 10-15 years for Retirement funds! Ten -Fifteen years in the future Bullets/Brass/Primers/Powder should be selling at HIGH prices.
Powder and Primers will last a very LONG TIME as long as it is stored properly.
BETTER TO HAVE IT AND NOT NEED IT-THAN NEED IT AND NOT HAVE IT!.
Solid advice!

How do you store primers long term? I'm thinking about vacuum bagging some of my bricks.

NO Vacuum PACK with Primers. Just keep in a Enviromental stable area Like your home with Air Conditioning/Heat to have 50% humidity. There are many POSTS on LRH and the internet on storing Powder and Primers.
Powder in Seald Containers out of the sunlight.
Both will last almost forever if store properly.

I have two 22-250's, both 1-12 and shoot Sierra 55gr Gamekings in both. One rifle likes Varget the best and the other 4064. Both powders work well and I could probably get by with just using either one in both rifles.

I run Varget in a 223 Ackley, CCI 450 and an 88 eldm. Pretty light load, but shoots great.

Curious what speeds and distances off lands are you running at? Just put together 223 AI with 28" Bartlein 7 twist. Was planning on 62 Eld vt and 88 eldm. Need to throat it yet then form 500 pieces brass. Have lots of varget on hand.
Thanks!

Would be interested on your results with the 62's I just picked up 1k of them to try in a 223 or a 22-250. I'll probably run them in the 250 I have a slick load with my 223 right now with 73g eldm's

4064 IMR in the .22/250 , WWW748 in the .223 and the old warhorse H-4350 in the .243...you'd be hardpressed to beat them all in the accuracy department.

StaBall Match may be worth looking at. Supposed to be close to Varget in burn rate. I picked some up but haven't tried it yet.
