Best method for shipping a one piece recurve.

I'm going to sell a couple of one piece recurve bows but I'm not sure of the best way to go about quoting shipping and how to package the bows.

Any advice is appreciated

Probably in a box

Box them up real good just like your shipping and run it to one of the shipping places and have them weigh and quote a price. It won't be exact because they need a location but it will give you a ruff price.

I used Round cardboard tubes when I sold some. Pack with packing peanuts or crumpled paper

Cardboard fishing rod tubes work, otherwise build a box out of 1x4 or 1x6 boards and build it stout.
