Bolt handle contact will definitely cause issues, but so can a scope that hasn't been verified as good.

Do you have the original stock? If so, how does it shoot in that stock?

I have a factory T3X, sold the T3 stock and then bought the EH1-TK.
I am going to bed the action before I relieve it.
I will also take the factory stock with me when I go back to the range. I looked at the fitment of the recoil lug and the action, everything appears good. I know it's something simple, aside from the owner.

Thank you for the invite! I live on the far North side of Fort Worth so usually go to Quail Creek because it's close. I try to only go during the week and middle of the day so I miss the weekend crowd.
Understood, rarely any huge crowds, plenty of events on the weekends, usually done early in the day. It covers the gamut from archery to 5 stand.

Probably. I'm shooting a couple of t3's in the factory stocks and they both stack really right groups.
Short answer…yes.
A bolt handle touching the stock is a big no no and will create accuracy problems. Will it always create stringing? I haven't had enough of them to be able to put that as the consistent reaction to a bolt handle touching.
FYI - I know this because a Zermatt TL3 will no go in a KRG Bravo without some "modifications" (rolling eyes)

Was it a windy day? Just sayin'
Is it possible the gun just doesn't like that load?
It was multiple loads that were/are consistent in other rifles.
I have Lapua match and FGMM to verify after the fix.
Almost dead calm and mid/high 80s for temps
Range is walled on three sides, very little affect on the range unless it is hurricane force winds
