Short Action Precision

I have used Short Action Precision many times for ordering parts. Always a good interaction. Never needing more than just an internet order, payment, and a quick shipping w. Tracking.

Last week, I ordered a set of ARC M-Brace 36mm tube 28mm height (1.1") for a ZCO scope I needed to mount up. Ordered on Monday, in my hands Thursday, went to mount up the ZCO on Saturday morning...ummm...




Houston...we have a problem...


Somehow, a 34mm tube 28mm height ring got mistakenly placed in the box for one of the rings.

I sent an email with the photos for evidence on Saturday afternoon.
I got a response back from SAP on Sunday morning letting me know they had no more 36mm/28mm rings in stock, but we're expecting a shipment in on Tuesday and they will gat them in the mail ASAP. No big deal, I won't need them until this weekend anyway. Should time out just fine.

Well, today, I got another email from SAP saying they had contacted ARC and was having them 2-day me a set of the correct rings direct!

Talk about customer service! I love being able to share good customer service stories. So go check them out if you don't already know about them. Great customer service above and beyond.
