Alpha brass is it any good

I have heard of it but is it worth the same money as lapua. 6.5 creed for hunting and some target shooting. Should I go small primer or larger primer. Running mostly h-4350. Have small magnum primers, large magnum, large br-2, and large rifle if that helps, also have some small rifle primers as well.

I just went through 400 pieces of 6bra.
case weight varience was 1 grain from high to low. Shoulder and overall length was very consistent, however the neck wall thickness was pretty inconsistent, i needed to turn them anyways so all is good.

Excellent brass. Have used a bunch in several calibers.

Have read it's good stuff, but not a very large selection.

Seems like a big expense for hunting. Peterson has quickly become my favorite brass. I find it very consistent

Alpha is on the same level as Lapua.

OCD is their marketing way of saying they turned the designs and production knobs to improve the performance compared to the initial versions. Their process and designs are proprietary but the most obvious changes were to the body and head hardness and tweaks to the shapes.
It has obviously put them on par with Lapua in many cartridges based on the lack of complaining after the changes. YMMV

Alpha Munitions
There products are steered towards Br shooting. Similar to Lapua products. IMO

We sure hope it is good stuff. We recently bought several boxes of the OCD for 6 Dasher. Should be as good as Lapua.

Ive been shooting alpha dasher brass. Bought 600 rounds. Some have 7 firings on now. So far no problems. Really like the brass.

Same here, their 6 Dasher brass is on par with Lapua for us.
